・If there is any damage to the received product, please contact us within 3 business days from the delivery date. As soon as you receive the product, please open it and check.

・If there are no issues with the product itself but you wish to return it, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

・For new parts, if there is a malfunction within the manufacturer’s warranty period, it can be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty.

・Our company is only located within Japan. We currently do not have any stores outside of Japan. Thank you for your understanding.

・Regarding warranty for compatible parts: The parts we communicate as compatible are intended for vehicles manufactured and sold within Japan. Vehicles manufactured outside of Japan may occasionally have different specifications, such as modifications made for local requirements. In the unlikely event that the part is not compatible, please provide us with information about the vehicle and photos of the areas where it did not fit via our email. Please note that if you have modified the purchased part, it cannot be returned.

・We do not provide warranty coverage for damage caused by customer error or maintenance mistakes.
